As the daughter of a farmer, Liz has always had a passion for food and experimenting with ways of capturing texture and flavour. Her mouthwatering arrangements and bold palette have become a trademark. As much as food fuels us and brings us together, it can also be divisive. Liz shines a light on sustainability and the ethics surrounding food.
